Tagsistant 0.8.1 is a semantic file system for Linux and BSD kernels. Tagsistant allows to store any kind of object: files, directories, devices, symlinks, pipes, etc. It features a simple reasoner able to establish four kind of relations (is equivalent, includes, excludes and require), manageable from the relations/ directory. It also features a file deduplicator: if two files with the same content are loaded, Tagsistant is able to delete the duplicated copies and moving its tag to the other one. Finally, the autotagging plugin stack can automatically add tags to yours. 0.8.1a fixes a bug on relation reasoning and managing. |
